Industial level is a stage of development of not being proud that something is spinning without actually moving forward.

Leave the black soldier fly. It won't deliver—by priciples.

Closed-Loop Protein Production Systems

Aquaculture is the first industrial application.

What It Is

A land and soil-based closed-loop aquaculture system with continuous water treatment and recirculation.

What It Really Is

The centerpiece of a closed-loop food system for the transformative production of high-quality protein using renewable raw materials and renewable energy wherever needed in fully self-sufficient, operational units with excess energy and mass storage for media and products.

What It’s Really About

Affordable, sustainable global food supply. Food production where it is needed or where it is indicated as production network units surrounded by simple but effective primary food production in clusters of local family farmers.

The Investment Goal

A target return of 8%. The underlying 12-year investment and earnings model supports higher returns; however, returns are deliberately limited at system level. Surplus earnings are reinvested in food-security projects within the same system. 8% is not the projected maximum return. It is the target return.

Mixed Calculation: High-margin products finance affordable protein production.

Investment Framework

Phase 1

Development, simulation, patents, strategy and prototype planning

9 months | 250k (EUR)

Phase 2

Prototype construction and operation

18 months incl. 12 months life cycles and online documentation | 650k including CAPEX: 300k

Phase 3

First commercial-scale facility

1,200k including CAPEX: 800k

Target: full cost coverage and payback after three years of operation

Phase 3+

Scaling through fixed-term financing models / bonds

Economic Framework

Target return: 8%

Model horizon large facilities: 12 years

Returns exceeding the target are allocated to local agricultural food-security projects within the systems.

0.X — DONE

Development of the core module is complete and confirmed by institutes. Earlier patent work established key principles of the core module. These patents have since expired.

The present development goes substantially beyond conventional aquaponic concepts.

01 – Development Part 2

Block A: Fish Feed: Planning and development of cost-effective and low-maintenance production facilities for plant- and animal-based protein, with the aim of operating them as a sideline in small-scale family farms worldwide—particularly in warm climates—as a network of producers.

Status: Species identified. Breeding reactor systems clarified.

Block B: Proof of System: Simulation and programming of automation. The simulation is conducted using the leading process simulation engine and takes into account all relevant parameters as well as potential disturbances, component failures and abnormal operating conditions, are identified in simulation models, as are daily weight gain, stress factors, and market prices.

Block C: Environmental details. Optimization of species-specific animal health through positive stress/stimulation via objects, airflow patterns, and lighting. Block D Patents: Up to 10 patent applications

Block F

Planning and RFP for Prototype: Closed-loop system

02 — Prototyping

Construction and operation of prototype:
Duration 18 months, including 12 months of operation, reserve: 6 months Planning for Phase 2 and large-scale facilities

03 — Returns

Construction and operation of a facility to cover all costs and achieve payback after 3 years of operation.

04 — Scaling

Note:
This investment opportunity is designed as a partnership model and is intended for the long term. It is not a traditional round of financing. Scaling is achieved not through direct equity stakes, but through fixed-term financing models/bonds.
