These procedures focus on the causes rather than the symptoms. They highlight what and where the factors causing pressure, delays, postponements and tensions are located. – Within the system, at a specific point, at an interface, within a process.
I focus not only on the mechanics of public issuses —
how one arises, how it develops, how it stabilises.
